This position is being offered to fill a specific need in our community for more later therapy times for busy working families and their children. This benefitted position is being offered with a 10% pay differential compared to our other benefitted positions due to the hour requirements, and requires a 1 year committment in this schedule. Upon fullfilling the 1 year committment you can choose to keep this position with the pay differential or change your schedule to one of our more flexible options that does not include this pay differential. This position requires one of the following 3 schedules:
* Monday - Friday 10am to 6:30pm ( 5 days, Full Time - 40 hours)
* M/Tu/Th/Fri 8am - 6:30pm (4 days, Full Time - 40 hours)
*Th/Fri/Sat: 8am - 6:30pm on Th/Fr, 8am - 4:30pm Sat (3 days, Part Time - 28 hours)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- WA Occupational Therapy License
- 2 years of experience as an OT (preferably in pediatrics) is preferred, however clinicians new to pediatrics will be considered if they have had a pediatric fieldwork experience and produce very strong professional references.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to maintain timely documentation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High levels of professional accountability and high ethical standards
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate individuals 0-21 year to determine the need for occupational therapy services
- Develop treatment plans and administer therapy services to individuals ages 0-21
- Complete daily notes, progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries in a timely fashion meeting all insurance and licensure requirements
- Provide consistent caregiver education to support therapy goals
- Collaborate with members of the patient's care team as necessary in a timely fashion
- Maintain cleanliness of therapy areas and office areas used by the clinician
- Possibility of COTA supervision
