About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and highly organized Estimator / Project Manager to lead projects from concept through execution. This role combines accurate estimating, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end project delivery for trade shows, exhibits, and event-related initiatives. What You’ll Do:
Estimating & Pre-Sale:

Develop accurate cost estimates and proposals across manufacturing, events, and multimedia services.

Partner with sales, design, and account teams to align scope, budget, and timelines.

Source vendor pricing and define materials, labor, and production requirements.

Ensure all estimates clearly outline timelines, exclusions, and deliverables.
Project Management:

Lead projects from kickoff through completionon time and within budget.

Coordinate with engineering, production, and show-site teams.

Monitor schedules, budgets, and work orders to maintain quality standards.

Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
General Responsibilities:

Participate in project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Support event logistics and production planning.

Maintain accurate timelines, documentation, and reporting tools.
What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in project management, trade shows, or exhibit production.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
