Job Title: Emergency Department RN Supervisor
Location: Fall River Mills, CA
Shift: NOCs 4pm-4:30am
Job Summary:
The Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating patient care throughout an episode of illness or treatment, working closely with patients, families, physicians, care teams, and insurance providers. This role ensures high-quality, cost-effective care by assessing patient needs, developing care plans, facilitating safe transitions of care, and monitoring clinical outcomes
Licensure & Certifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered California RN License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required – must be from the American Heart Association
- NRP and TNCC required
Pay: $3,302.00 per week
