Construction Project Manager
DIRECT HIRE
Location: Tualatin, OR
Pay: $75,000–$90,000 DOE + 3.5% Commission with NO CAP
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, with flexibility as projects require
Who We Are:
We’re partnering with a well-established restoration and construction company that handles everything from residential projects to large commercial, industrial, and institutional work throughout the region.
This is a fast-moving environment where no two projects are exactly the same. Their team takes pride in responding quickly, solving problems, taking care of their customers, and getting the job done right. They’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, lead from the front, and keep all the moving pieces headed in the right direction.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple construction and restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, field crews, materials, and project timelines
- Serve as the main point of communication between customers, field teams, subcontractors, adjusters, consultants, and leadership
- Manage emergency response projects involving water, fire, smoke, and board-up services
- Review scopes, budgets, labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track and profitable
- Provide consistent project updates and reporting to leadership
- Coordinate permits, inspections, certifications, and other project requirements
- Help manage project billing, collections, payment terms, and A/R follow-up
- Use Salesforce for work orders, forecasting, reporting, and project tracking
- Ensure projects meet OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company safety requirements
- Be willing to get out in the field when needed — this is not a Project Manager role where you’ll spend every day behind a desk!

- 3.5% commission with NO CAP
- Direct-hire opportunity
- Opportunity to manage a wide variety of projects — residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional
