During your first week, you'll participate in an intensive onboarding process that covers:

What You'll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Conduct property evaluations and pricing consultations
- Draft purchase agreements and listing agreements
- Deliver exceptional client service and communication
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up systems
- Build long-term relationships and a referral-based business
