Position Details
- Part-time position
- Approximately 10-25 hours per week to start
- Primarily afternoon and evening sessions
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Opportunity to increase hours as new clients begin services
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work with children in home, school, and community environments
- Teach communication, social, adaptive, and behavior regulation skills
- Accurately collect session data and complete documentation
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers regarding client progress
- Follow treatment plans while maintaining a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- Applicants without certification are encouraged to apply if they have relevant experience or are willing to complete RBT training
- Experience providing ABA services or working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
- Degree or coursework in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Behavior Analysis, or a related field is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Experience using Rethink Behavioral Health (RethinkBH) for session documentation and data collection is a plus
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to successfully complete all required background clearances
