e4ce is seeking a highly experienced Senior Chinese Language Analyst to support U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) in a mission-focused intelligence role requiring native-level Chinese language expertise and deep understanding of Chinese geopolitical, economic, and socio-cultural dynamics. The ideal candidate will possess strong HUMINT and target analysis experience, exceptional translation and analytic writing skills, and the ability to provide direct cultural and linguistic support to CI/HUMINT operations. This position requires a sophisticated understanding of Chinese actors, networks, and information environments to support intelligence analysis and operational planning across the cyber and national security mission space.

- ve as a native-level Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) language specialist, delivering precise reading, writing, and spoken communication across all intelligence products

ro- vide nuanced cultural analysis of Chinese geopolitical, economic, and social dynamics to inform operational and strategic decision-making

on- duct research, HUMINT intelligence collection, and target analysis focused on Chinese actors and networks

roduce accurate, meaning-preserving translations of transcripts, video, and audio materials (Chinese En- glish)

ev- ise and recommend innovative methods for target language research and information exploitation

et- ermine the most effective formats and channels for presenting and disseminating finished intelligence

ro- vide language and cultural expertise in direct support of CI/HUMINT operations under USCYBERCOM J2X

ol- laborate with analysts and collectors to sharpen collection strategies and reporting requirements

ut- hor and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives
