We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper / Human Resources Coordinator to assist the controller with daily reconciliations while supporting day-to-day HR operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain employee personnel files and confidential records.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
Process new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment.
Maintain employee records.
Assist with recruiting, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Manage annual open enrollment process
Manage unemployment claims
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Support employee training, policies, and performance documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
