Position Overview
The Field Production Coordinator supports the Maintenance Operations Manager by leading field operations, training crews, overseeing safety, and ensuring maintenance and enhancement work meets Ground & Garden's quality standards and customer expectations. This position works closely with the Maintenance Operations Manager and Account Managers to support efficient daily operations and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and develop maintenance and enhancement crews to uphold Ground & Garden's standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the field leader responsible for crew safety and enforcement of company safety policies and procedures.
- Meet crews daily at the start and end of each workday to ensure proper communication, accountability, and operational readiness.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Operations Manager to execute daily operations and improve team performance.
- Monitor field productivity and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure enhancement projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Line out enhancement projects by clearly communicating scope, expectations, site logistics, and quality requirements to field crews.
- Assist with landscape construction and installation projects as needed, including project line-outs, quality inspections, and field coordination to ensure work meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct routine quality control inspections of maintenance and enhancement work.
- Identify deficiencies and communicate corrective actions and recommendations to the Maintenance Operations Manager.
- Assist with daily scheduling, crew routing, labor allocation, and coordination of materials and equipment.
- Assist with weekly payroll for maintenance and enhancement crews, ensuring all time is accurately recorded, coded, and submitted in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain strong communication with crews, Account Managers, and company leadership.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support company operations, team success, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Experience in landscape maintenance and enhancement operations.
- Experience leading and training field crews.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment, and materials.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
