Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time Nanny for a family in South Boston with a 4-month-old, starting any time between now and Labor Day (flexible to find the right fit). The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm, and Friday, 8:30am-2:30pm, with guaranteed hours weekly. The family would love a nanny who will grow with them for years to come and become a natural extension of the family.
A great match for this family is warm and gentle, brings a nurturing and confident approach, and fits naturally into a calm, supportive, and collaborative environment. A nanny who truly enjoys engaging the baby in a playful and creative way, encouraging play-based learning will thrive in this role. Once trust is established, the family would love the Nanny to collaboratively plan fun outings.
The family has a very friendly 75-pound Bernadoodle so please be dog friendly.
Driving is not part of this role. There is no parking available. They live in walking distance to the 9 Bus and West Broadway redline T.
Mom works from home and dad works out of the home.
Compensation: $33+/hour with optional healthcare stipend, paid vacations, paid sick time, and paid sick time. All pay is on the books through payroll.
