Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Specialist II to support the successful delivery of wireless infrastructure projects from site identification through construction handoff. This is a highly hands-on role focused on managing complex wireless real estate projects, including New Site Development (NSD), generator deployments, site modifications, lease renewals, zoning, permitting, and landlord negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage wireless site development activities from candidate selection through project completion.
- Lead and coordinate NSD, generator, modification, and lease renewal projects for wireless network deployments.
- Conduct site searches, evaluate candidate properties, and secure site approvals.
- Negotiate leases, amendments, easements, and other real estate agreements with property owners.
- Prepare and submit zoning, permitting, and regulatory applications.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, legal, and client teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Provide accurate project forecasting, status updates, and milestone reporting.
- Review lease documents, complete file audits, and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in wireless telecommunications site acquisition, zoning, leasing, or site development.
- Strong understanding of wireless infrastructure projects, including macro sites, modifications, generators, and lease renewals.
- Proven experience negotiating real estate agreements and working with property owners.
- Knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory approval processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience preferred.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
