We are looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our mobile tire shop team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, scheduling services, coordinating with mobile technicians, and making sure each customer receives a smooth and professional experience from the initial call to the completion of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close the sale and secure the service whenever possible.
- Answer incoming customer calls and messages professionally.
- Collect accurate customer information, vehicle details, tire needs, and service location.
- Schedule and dispatch mobile tire technicians.
- Communicate service updates and estimated arrival times to customers.
- Follow up with customers when necessary and ensure they are satisfied with the service.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with technicians and management.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic service issues professionally.
- Keep customer and job information accurate and organized in the system.
- Reduce unnecessary calls by checking available information and following established procedures.
- Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional attitude, especially when dealing with frustrated customers.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Pay: $10.00 per hour
