We’re looking for a dependable, professional bartender to join our team. This position includes a rotating schedule with a mix of nights, weekends, lodge events, and outdoor pavilion service.
This role is best suited for someone who works well independently, can handle responsibility without constant oversight, and knows how to create a welcoming experience for members and guests. Reliability and flexibility are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent, friendly customer service to members and guests
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions
- Operate lottery and keno systems (experience preferred)
- Monitor patron alcohol consumption and respond appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Work with management to maintain a safe, welcoming environment
- Support lodge events and function hall service as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience required
- Experience in private clubs or member-based environments preferred
- Lottery and keno experience a plus (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and cash handling accuracy
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and events
