We are seeking a professional to join our team of Infant Teachers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with infants, as well as a willingness to interact with children of a wide range of ages and backgrounds. A successful candidate will be motivated and have an enthusiasm for education and child development.
Responsibilities:
- Play with children.
- Make crafts.
- Sing songs.
- Read books.
- Create lesson plans using the PA Early Learning Standards and the weekly themes as guides.
- Provide daily care for infants ages 6weeks-12months, including diapering & feeding.
- Keep parents informed and feeling safe/confident regarding their choice of care.
- Track daily reports on the iPad.
- Assess development and meeting of milestones.
- Meet state education requirements.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· CDA, Two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required.
· Previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher in a licensed preschool or early development center preferred.
· Experience using Teaching Strategies Gold and Brightwheel a plus.
· Able to furnish required clearances.
· Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Sense of humor encouraged.

· High school or equivalent (Required)
