Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Selling Branch Manager to lead our staffing industry sales operations. Duties
- Lead and manage the branch’s sales team, setting clear goals and motivating high performance through effective coaching and leadership.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on expanding client base within the staffing industry.
- Drive new business development by proactively identifying opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and closing high-value staffing deals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients through account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize sales management systems such as Salesforce Cloud to track pipeline activity, analyze sales data, and generate comprehensive reports for executive review.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients in targeted industries.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Oversee the deployment of technology sales strategies, including SaaS (Software as a Service) staffing solutions, ensuring technical sales excellence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities using sales analytics tools to refine strategies and stay ahead in the staffing industry.
- Collaborate with executive teams to develop business development strategies that align with overall corporate goals and drive sustainable growth.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or enterprise selling within a corporate or staffing environment.
- Demonstrated management experience leading sales teams or business development management functions.
- Strong background in technical sales, SaaS products, or technology-driven staffing solutions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and reporting metrics.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in a competitive environment.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that result in measurable growth.
- Leadership qualities including team management, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate others toward shared goals.
- Familiarity with sales analytics & reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
