Associate Attorney — Estate Planning & Elder Law

Zacharia Frey, PLLC is a boutique estate planning and elder law firm serving clients throughout the State of Florida. Our practice is built on providing sophisticated, personalized counsel to individuals and families navigating some of life's most consequential decisions.
We are seeking a self motivated associate attorney to join our team and work directly with our founding partners on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, guardianship, and probate and trust administration. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants substantive client contact from day one, is comfortable representing the firm before groups and in the community, and is motivated to build a book of business, supported by a compensation structure that rewards that effort directly.
Responsibilities
- Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare surrogate designations, and living wills.
- Counsel clients on estate planning, asset protection, and long term care planning.
- Advise clients on Florida Medicaid eligibility, including Qualified Income Trusts.
- Handle probate, trust administration, and guardianship matters.
- Represent the firm before clients, referral sources, and the community through presentations and public speaking engagements.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor and active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- Experience in estate planning, elder law, or probate is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, with comfort presenting to groups.
- An organized, detail oriented professional who is self directed and takes ownership of client relationships.

Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities for client development and performance.
