As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the full recruitment lifecycle while working with leading companies across multiple industries. You will receive structured training, mentorship from experienced recruiters, and clear career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify top graduate and entry-level talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Manage the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Write and post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Support clients with hiring strategies and market insights
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, competitive, and target-driven personality
- Interest in recruitment, sales, or human resources
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
