Twine Floral Co. is a design-forward floral studio specializing in elevated weddings and events. Our work is rooted in intentional design, refined palettes, and a commitment to creating immersive, memorable environments. We are seeking a dedicated team member to support the essential behind-the-scenes processes that bring our events to life.
Position Overview:
The Floral Processing, Event Strike, Studio Reset Associate plays a key role in both the preparation and completion of our event work. This position supports the studio through meticulous flower processing at the start of the week and assists with the seamless breakdown of installations following events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in executing thoughtful, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Floral Processing
- Receive and carefully process premium floral shipments with attention to quality and care
- Prepare blooms for design through proper cleaning, trimming, and hydration techniques
- Organize and maintain floral inventory in alignment with studio standards
- Uphold a clean, efficient, and well-ordered workspace
Event Night Strike
- Execute the breakdown of floral installations with care and efficiency
- Pack and transport arrangements, vessels, and event materials back to the studio
Studio Reset
- Clean, reset, and organize inventory for future use
- Support the studio team in restoring all materials to their proper condition
- Pulling and prepping inventory for upcoming week
Schedule & Availability:
- Floral Processing: Tuesdays, beginning at 9:30 AM
- Shift length varies based on weekly event volume
- Event Strike: Scheduled according to event timelines. Typically late nights on weekends.
- Studio Reset: Occurs the day following strike.
- Evening, late-night, and weekend availability required
Compensation:
- Floral Processing/Studio Reset: $22/hour
- Event Strike: Daytime $25/hour; Nighttime $30/hour
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs with ease
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation, clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of care
- Professional, team-oriented mindset
- Experience in floral, events, or hospitality is appreciated but not required
