Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Plumbing Technician with extensive boiler repair experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing systems, including residential, commercial, and industrial applications
- Perform boiler repairs, maintenance, and installations in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations and repairs
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and other mechanical tools effectively on construction sites
- Lead construction plumbing projects from start to finish, coordinating with team members and subcontractors as needed
- Conduct remodeling and renovation work involving plumbing systems, carpentry, and handyman tasks
- Ensure all work adheres to local codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices while maintaining a clean work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior plumbing technician with specialized boiler repair skills in construction or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques, schematics reading, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Skilled in pipe threading, welding, assembly, remodeling, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on job sites
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math for measurements and calculations
- Valid driver’s license for site travel
- Hands-on experience with plumbing systems and boilers
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety compliance
