Licensed Massage Therapist – Full-Time
Muscle & Joint Relief, located in Naples, Florida, is seeking a professional, reliable, and Florida-licensed massage therapist to join our team.
The candidate should have some previous massage experience, especially in deep tissue massage, and should be familiar with basic assisted stretching techniques. Experience with every service and technique we offer is not required. The selected candidate will receive three to four days of training to learn our procedures and any techniques they are not yet familiar with.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, punctual, dependable, willing to learn, and committed to providing professional and personalized care to every client.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 60- and 90-minute therapeutic and deep tissue massage sessions.
- Perform basic assisted stretching techniques when appropriate.
- Assess each client’s needs and customize the massage accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, massage table, and equipment.
- Properly prepare the treatment area before each appointment.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and welcoming attitude.
- Arrive on time and reliably manage scheduled appointments.
- Follow the business’s established procedures and treatment protocols.
Requirements:
- Active Florida massage therapist license.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Some previous experience with therapeutic and deep tissue massage.
- Basic knowledge of assisted stretching techniques.
- Willingness to receive training and learn new techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, dependable, and professional.
- English is required; Spanish is a plus.
- Cupping experience is a plus but is not required.
This is a fullt-time position located in Naples, Florida. The schedule will be coordinated according to the therapist’s availability and the needs of the business. Weekend work is not required.
