Position Title: Prevention Program Facilitator (Entry-Level)

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience, professional growth, and support toward earning MCBAP prevention credentials.
What You’ll Do:
As a Prevention Program Facilitator, you will:
What a Typical Week Looks Like:

Leading group sessions with youth and families.

Coordinating with schools or community partners.

Completing session documentation and data entry.

Attending team or program meetings.

Preparing for upcoming sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree (ability to obtain official transcripts from college for MCBAP Development Plan).

Background check required (youth and school-based role).
-
6 months – 2 years of experience working with youth, schools, or community programs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable speaking in front of groups (10+ participants).

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, data entry systems).

Valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation and auto insurance.
Preferred: Experience facilitating youth groups or community programs in prevention.
