The Opportunity
The Site Manager is responsible for leading the daily operation of the wash.
This includes:
- Leading and developing employees
- Maintaining operational standards
- Supporting customer experience
- Monitoring site appearance and cleanliness
- Holding employees accountable
- Conducting training and meetings
- Managing daily staffing and scheduling
- Supporting maintenance and facility upkeep
- Helping improve the operation over time
This is a hands-on leadership role. Successful managers spend time with their team, coach employees, solve problems, and help create a consistent experience for both customers and staff.

Experience
Preferred:
- Supervisory, leadership, or management experience
- Customer service experience
- Retail, restaurant, hospitality, operations, or service industry experience
Car wash experience is welcome, but not required.
Compensation
$50,400 - $60,000 per year plus Bonuses
Compensation is based on leadership experience, operational ability, and demonstrated performance.
In addition to base pay, managers are eligible for performance-based incentives tied to operational execution, team development, and site results.
