Motley Hair Studio is looking for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team. We take great pride in the supportive and encouraging atmosphere we all share. Our stylists are each unique in their style and skillset, but what we all have in common is being kind and compassionate people both on and off the salon floor. This allows for a non-competitive environment where we all help each other to succeed every day. What we are looking for
- NJ Cosmetology license is a requirement
- A minimum of three years behind the chair preferred
- A stylist that is confident in most areas of cutting and coloring (ideally in both short and long hair, but all skilled professionals will be considered)
- A self-starter and a team player
- A stylist with a following and/or weekend availability
- A stylist who is professional and punctual
- Experience in online booking systems like DaySmart, is a plus but not required
What we offer
- 50% service commission with no backbar or other fees taken out
- 10% retail commission
- Weekly direct deposit

- We carry Verb for retail
