Responsibilities

- Explain repair procedures, maintenance options, and estimated timelines clearly and transparently
- Collaborate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters to identify issues accurately
- Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions for accurate documentation
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles and their systems
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic devices including ohmmeters
- Experience with vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, brake repairs, and fluid replacements
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagnostic reports effectively
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for record keeping and task management
