Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. Duties
- Prepare and serve deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches, in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling products when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Follow all company policies regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurant environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in the food industry, including knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively to meet customer demands.
