Responsibilities
· Answering phones for member assistance
· Working in health care vendor portals for updating eligibility
· Office tasks such as mail opening, sorting, scanning and filing
· Maintaining a system of eligibility and monthly reports
· Maintaining member records
· Processing of claims based on benefit structure
· Office administrative tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Skills at writing including grammatical proficiencies

Qualifications
· At least two years clerical experience
· Prior experience in a health benefit setting preferred
· Some post-secondary education preferred
