Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and dietary guidelines
Ensure proper food portioning, quality, and presentation
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards
Assist with meal service and tray preparation
Clean kitchen equipment, work areas, and dining spaces
Support daily kitchen operations and teamwork
Previous cook or food service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays as needed
Strong teamwork and customer service skills
