In this cross-trained role, no two shifts are the same. You won’t just be stuck behind a register; you’ll be the heartbeat of our operation, jumping in wherever the action is. Whether you’re smashing burgers, crafting the perfect latte, or scooping local favorites, you’ll be part of the most exciting food destination in Milwaukee.
The Roles You'll Master
As a cross-trained team member, you will rotate through several key stations:
- The Face (Cashier): Provide friendly, efficient service and manage transactions with accuracy and a smile.
- The Orchestrator (Food Expo): Ensure every plate looks perfect and reaches the right guest hot and fresh.
- The Alchemist (Drink Maker): Craft a variety of beverages ranging from specialty dirty sodas, shakes, to more advanced positions with training as a barista on our cafe side.
- The Scooper (Ice Cream): Serve up sweet treats with speed and precision (and maybe a few sprinkles).
- The Engine (Cook): Work the line to prepare high-quality food in a high-volume, "blink-and-you-miss-it" kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Speed & Stamina: You enjoy a busier shift and can stay calm when the line is out the door. When there are lulls, you recharge and plan ahead for the next rush. You must be able to stand for a full shift.
- Positive Attitude: We thrive on good vibes. We need someone that won't bring others down around them, and maintains a positive attitude in times of stress.
- Team Player: You’re always looking for ways to help your coworkers during a rush.
- Communication: Clear, concise communication is your secret weapon in a loud, busy hall. Those looking to build communication skills with guests and co-works alike will be a fantastic fit!
- Availability: Weekend availability is a requirement (when the shop is at its liveliest!). Time off requests are always approved when submitted properly.
Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
