OmniKey Realty is looking for a dependable, hardworking Technician to help maintain residential rental homes throughout the DFW area.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general home maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Review property condition and create detailed reports on site using our systems
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Communicate with residents and office staff
- Help ensure our homes are maintained to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Apartment maintenance experience preferred
✅ Handyman experience strongly preferred
✅ HVAC certification NOT required
✅ Ability to work independently
✅ Strong problem-solving skills
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Professional attitude and appearance
