Capital Construction & Renovation (CCR) is seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to oversee apartment renovation and capital improvement projects. We are looking for candidates with experience working for apartment ownership groups, property management companies, or multifamily communities. This role is ideal for Property Managers, Regional Property Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, Regional Maintenance Supervisors, Facilities Managers, or professionals with similar multifamily experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multifamily renovation and capital improvement projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Oversee apartment unit turns, occupied renovations, and rehab projects.
- Conduct site visits and quality control inspections.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Order and track project materials.
- Communicate daily with property managers, ownership groups, clients, and subcontractors.
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and project updates.
- Ensure OSHA safety standards and company quality expectations are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Experience in multifamily property management, apartment maintenance, facilities management, construction management, or a skilled trade.
- Strong understanding of apartment renovations, maintenance operations, unit turns, or capital improvement projects.
- Leadership experience supervising crews, vendors, or subcontractors is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
