What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and other security-related policies at a technology-focused location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization levels, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas such as offices, equipment rooms, and other sensitive spaces.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident reports, and assist with badge distribution, escort procedures, and other security-related administrative tasks.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, equipment concerns, and/or policy violations while working in environments and conditions that may vary by location.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
