- Loan Servicing Specialist duties to include but are not limited to payment process, escrow process, tax and insurance monitoring, draw process, verification of mortgage, along with other various servicing functions.
- Review and maintain various departmental reports in order to identify trends or areas of concerns.
- Ensure timely completion of payment processing including all incoming wires
- Process Non-Accrual and charge-off transactions
- Process loan recoveries
- Weekly, Monthly, and Annual loan GL Balancing & Reconciliation
- Complete file maintenance and research for Consumer, Commercial, and Mortgage loans
- Carry out departmental responsibilities in accordance with the Bank's policies and applicable laws.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
