Customer Service Manager
Enviropest is seeking an experienced leader to oversee our customer service operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. This role is responsible for managing customer service supervisors and representatives, improving service processes, developing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage customer service supervisors and representatives
- Oversee daily department operations and workflow
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Monitor attendance and performance using Workday
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Establish service standards and performance metrics
- Analyze customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Create training and quality assurance programs
- Partner with other departments to support business goals
- Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching as needed
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of customer service leadership or related experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
- Proficiency with customer service systems and technology
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
