- Contribute to the improvement of system resiliency by providing active feedback and recommendations during the design phase
- Develop and implement infrastructure-as-code solutions, with a strong preference for Terraform
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Manage and maintain container lifecycle processes across Kubernetes-based environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of cloud services on AWS
Skills:
- Proficiency with Kubernetes platform tooling including Helm, Kustomize, KubeCTL, RKE, and KubeADM
- Strong understanding of Gateways, API technologies, and traffic flow management within Kubernetes environments
- In-depth knowledge of container lifecycle management
- Strong security awareness with a thorough understanding of best practices in cloud and container security
- Ability to write high-quality automation code in multiple languages, including Terraform and Node.js
- Proficiency in scripting and development languages such as Python and Bash
- Experience with CI/CD toolchains including GitLab and Atlassian suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience working with Continuous Integration tools, with GitLab preferred; experience with Bamboo also considered
- 3+ years of experience administering, tuning, and configuring Kubernetes, with AWS EKS strongly preferred
- 2+ years of experience working with Helm charts
- Demonstrated experience working with containerized applications and deploying them using Kubernetes and Docker
- Proven track record of driving automation of processes, build tools, and maintaining uptime and availability of large-scale deployments
- Kubernetes certification is strongly preferred (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer)
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of cloud infrastructure innovation, contributing to a large-scale, high-availability platform that directly supports the delivery of world-class digital services.
