Our established, fast-paced personal injury law firm in Downtown San Diego is looking for a Sales-Oriented Intake Specialist to help potential clients take the first step toward justice. This role is the critical first point of contact for new clients, where empathy, persuasion, and quick thinking are key to success. You’ll guide potential clients through their options, build trust, and ultimately onboard them with the firm.
Compensation: $22.00-$26.00 per hour DOE + Bonuses for Team Success
Start Date: ASAP (Flexible for notice requirements)
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Close the Deal: Quickly respond to inbound calls, emails, and texts from new client inquiries, ensuring no lead goes unanswered.
- Build Relationships: Listen, empathize, and confidently explain why our firm is the best choice.
- Seal the Agreement: Follow up with potential clients, addressing concerns and guiding them toward signing.
- Data Management: Input client information in our case management system in real-time, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Smooth Transitions: After onboarding, ensure the client’s case is set up for seamless handoff to the legal team.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

2. Legal Knowledge: Experience in personal injury law is a bonus but not required.

4. Bilingual in Spanish and English: Required to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
5. Sports/Competitive Background: You’re a natural competitor who thrives on challenges and goals.
