Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to inspire and educate young learners in a vibrant classroom environment. Duties
- Design and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating instructional design principles and learning technology tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance student engagement.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, utilizing data analysis to inform assessment-driven instruction and tailored academic interventions.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies and conflict resolution techniques, creating a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and student support initiatives, including Special Education programs and Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).
- Implement literacy education and math instruction with an emphasis on early childhood development, ensuring foundational skills are built through differentiated teaching approaches.
- Conduct regular student performance data analysis to monitor progress, identify learning gaps, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Support students with diverse needs by applying expertise in childhood development, working with individuals with disabilities, and providing appropriate educational accommodations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field; valid teaching certification/license required.
- Proven classroom experience in elementary school settings, including experience working with young children and early childhood education principles.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment techniques, and educational compliance regulations.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning technology tools, and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience teaching math, literacy education, physical education, or library services is highly desirable.
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate assessment-driven instruction and academic interventions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students’ families.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment.
- Experience working with students with disabilities or special needs is preferred; familiarity with Classroom management strategies is essential.

Pay: $46,842.61 - $56,412.60 per year
