Cuero Regional Hospital is searching for a PRN House Supervisor in our Nursing Admin Department.
- The House Supervisor ensures high quality, patient-centered care through direction and supervision of all house-wide functions during a designated shift.
- The House Supervisor works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy, as well as leadership and teaching abilities.
- The House Supervisor assumes authority to manage all activities and personnel in conjunction with and in the absence of hospital administration.
- Patients served include pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Professional Nurse Program
- Registered Nurse with at least one year progressive nursing experience as a Charge Nurse minimum
- Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of progressive preferred
- Current Texas RN license
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS - 6 months after hire date
- TNCC, PALS preferred
