Bilingual Warehouse Lead
Location: Dallas, TX 75241
Schedule: First shift, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Weekend Availability: Required, including Sundays
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Lead to support daily operations at Align USA in Dallas, Texas. This position will lead warehouse associates, coordinate daily assignments, assist with inventory, and ensure work is completed safely and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse associates during daily operations
- Assign tasks and communicate daily priorities
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and order accuracy
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Receive, scan, label, organize, and move inventory
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Complete basic computer and inventory-related tasks
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Report damaged products and inventory discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Ensure employees follow company procedures and safety requirements
- Assist warehouse supervisors and management as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse lead experience
- Basic computer skills
- RF scanning experience
- Loading and unloading experience
- Cherry picker/Crown experience required
- Stand-up Raymond forklift experience
- Sit-down Toyota forklift experience
- Turret/Crown experience is a plus
- Material handling and inventory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Must be available to work weekends, including Sundays
