Atlanta-based defense contractor is seeking a full time Documentation & Administrative Support Specialist at the USCG OPC PRO, located at Austal Way, Mobile, AL 36602.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support: communications, documentation capture, writing, task tracking, briefings, and meeting support.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations, white papers, spreadsheets, graphs, program documentation, meeting notes, and action items.
- Prepare recurring and special reports using Government-provided templates; research, assemble, and summarize material.
- Support a minimum of 40 data calls per hull per year (some requiring response in under 4 hours; all within 24 hours).
- Manage correspondence, suspense controls, and official travel via the USCG travel system.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years office-environment documentation support.
- Bachelor’s degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu).
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); general document processing and management.
- Ability to research, collect, develop, and consolidate data for reports; knowledge of standard correspondence/report procedures and formats..
