What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic with a self-starter mindset
- Coachable and open to learning proven sales systems
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Desire to grow in a thriving sales environment
- Active social media presence is highly encouraged – it will benefit your personal brand and sales performance
- Automotive sales experience is helpful but not mandatory – we train the right people
