Mescalero Manufacturing is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Odessa, Texas. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing high-quality precision parts for the oil and gas industry.
Position Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production schedules.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Preferred Qualifications
- CNC machining experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints and maintain tight tolerances.
- Experience with Fanuc controls is preferred.
- Knowledge of machining alloy and stainless steels is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
