Eminent Care Group, a growing skilled nursing operator with 7 facilities and expanding, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate finance team.
This is a key role within the organization responsible for overseeing financial reporting, supporting multi-facility operations, and ensuring accurate and timely accounting across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements for multiple facilities
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support audits and regulatory financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow and intercompany transactions
- Collaborate with facility Administrators and corporate leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience (healthcare or SNF experience)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting preferred
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
