The Role
You will handle about 60 new and preowned deals per month. You will work alongside an experienced team of Finance Managers and report directly to our General Sales Manager. We expect clean paperwork and short contracts in transit.
What We Are Looking For
- High integrity
- Detail oriented
- Coachable
- A closer who can sell F&I products and get the documentation right
Automotive experience is a plus but not required. If you can sell and you pay attention to details, we want to talk.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions on every product sold
- Ford Protect bonuses in addition to dealership bonuses
- Well over $100,000 is possible in year one, with uncapped upside

Schedule
- 5 days per week, fully onsite at our Bessemer location
- Closed every Sunday
- We work most Saturdays, with flexibility when you give us a heads up
