Job Summary
We are seeking motivated, energetic, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Funding Sales Openers in our Aventura office.
No previous business funding experience is required. Training is provided.
This is a sales focused position where you will connect with business owners, learn about their funding needs, introduce available business financing solutions, and identify opportunities for our funding team.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, competitive, coachable, motivated by performance, and interested in building a career in sales and financial services.
Candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, financial services, automotive sales, insurance, real estate, solar, home improvement, or similar industries are encouraged to apply, but experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective business clients by phone and other approved communication channels.
- Introduce our business funding products and services to business owners.
- Ask questions to understand each business owner’s funding needs and goals.
- Qualify prospective clients based on established company guidelines.
- Explain funding options clearly and professionally.
- Transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate funding specialist or closer.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication.
- Accurately document client interactions and information in our CRM.
- Learn our products, sales process, scripts, and objection handling techniques.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with prospective clients.
Qualifications
Previous experience is NOT required. We provide training.

Training
New team members receive training covering our business funding products, CRM, sales process, prospecting, qualifying, scripts, objection handling, and client communication.
Our goal is to give motivated candidates the knowledge and tools needed to develop into successful business funding sales professionals.
