Miret Insurance Group Inc. is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused insurance professional to join our team. If you enjoy helping clients, solving problems, and uncovering opportunities to better protect families, we'd love to meet you.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both servicing existing customers and generating additional revenue through cross-selling and remarketing opportunities.
License Requirement
Applicants must currently hold one of the following Florida insurance licenses:
- 4-40 Customer Representative
- 20-44 Personal Lines Agent
- 2-20 General Lines Agent
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer service calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, and general policy inquiries
- Cross-sell existing customers on additional insurance products including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Boat, and Life Insurance
- Contact customers whose policies are pending cancellation and work to reinstate coverage
- Re-market homeowners insurance policies with our carrier partners to help clients find better coverage and pricing
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, and other servicing requests
- Document customer interactions accurately within agency management systems
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Work closely with our sales and service teams to provide an outstanding client experience
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 insurance license
- Previous Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Sales mindset with the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities
