Salary Range: $28.00 - $33.00
Job Description: Premier glass decorating company in TN is busy. They are searching to hire a Lead Screen Press Operator for day shift. Responsibilities include: Read and interpret job orders. Set up, operation, and maintenance of Kammann K-15 screen printing press. Perform make readies and change overs between jobs. Adjust screens, inks, and tooling as needed. Problem solve and troubleshoot press issues to maintain consistent print quality and to minimize down time. Maintain and clean and safe work environment. Work closely with production supervisor to ensure jobs are printed on time, meeting and/or exceeding client expectations. Qualifications include: Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience operating servo driven screen presses; Kammann K-15 or Fermac presses preferred. Able to create and adjust programs on press for new jobs. Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with UV inks preferred. Experience printing on glass and/or ceramics preferred. Day shift position working 4 10 hours days Mon - Thurs. OT on Friday as needed. Career advancement opportunities. Starting hourly rate $28 - $33 + benefits, 401k match and relocation assistance.
