Assistant Studio Manager – Hi, skin
Are you passionate about skincare and ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? Hi, skin is seeking a motivated Assistant Studio Manager to support the daily operations of our studio. In this role, you will work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences, meet revenue goals, and maintain brand standards, all while preparing for future leadership opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Support & Lead: Assist the Studio Manager in coaching and developing a team of estheticians to meet individual and team performance goals. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Operational Support: Help oversee daily studio operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Contribute to staffing, payroll, and scheduling efforts to maintain service excellence.
- Drive Sales & Growth: Collaborate on strategies to increase membership sales and service upselling. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities, while contributing innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and community engagement.
- Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Assist in ensuring each client enjoys a consistently outstanding experience that fosters loyalty. Address feedback and resolve issues quickly to uphold Hi, skin’s reputation for excellence.
- Training & Development: Participate in the training and development of estheticians in skin care techniques, product knowledge, and sales strategies. Engage in leadership training designed to prepare you for future Studio Manager opportunities.
- Meeting & Compliance Support: Attend key meetings regarding Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and disciplinary actions to understand processes and support decision-making. Ensure studios comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Who You Are:
- A rising leader with 2+ years of supervisory experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
- Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
- A skincare enthusiast with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
