A large Pittsburgh-based nonprofit is seeking a Housing Representative to join their team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring all participant files, documentation, and processes remain compliant with applicable housing regulations. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing the housing program
- Coordinate and manage cases, including processing vouchers, certifications, and participant transitions
- Maintain accurate participant files and ensure compliance with all housing program regulations
- Monitor and reconcile Housing Assistance Payments, including billing and accounts receivable
- Collaborate with Finance and internal teams to ensure accurate payment tracking and reporting
- Support reporting, audits, and special projects while assisting with overall program operations
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in housing programs, case management, or a related administrative field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Experience handling billing, reconciliations, or financial-related processes preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities
