Stonebridge Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.
Whether you're an experienced CNA or newly certified, we offer competitive experience-based pay, 12-hour shifts, additional night and weekend pay, and a supportive team where the care you provide matters.
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
$18.00–$24.50/hour based on verified experience
+$2.00/hour Night Shift Differential
+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Assist residents with activities of daily living
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals
Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Respond to resident needs and call lights
Maintain accurate care documentation
Work alongside nurses and fellow CNAs
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety
Current Illinois CNA certification
Compassionate and dependable
Reliable attendance
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing quality resident care
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Newly certified CNAs are welcome to apply
$18–$24.50/Hour | +$2 Nights | +$2 Weekends
