Erewhon Sushi Department – Team Member

We are looking for dependable and hardworking team members to join the Erewhon Sushi Department. Previous kitchen or sushi experience is not required. We are willing to train candidates who have a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and can work well as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and package sushi and other department items according to established standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation, including preparing ingredients and assembling products.
- Keep the kitchen, preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
- Stock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.
- Label, organize, and properly store prepared food and ingredients.
- Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Assist other team members during busy periods.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and department leads.
- Complete opening, daily cleaning, and closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- No previous kitchen or sushi experience required.
- Training will be provided.
- Must be willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work well with others as part of a team.
- Good attention to cleanliness and food quality.
- Must meet applicable food-handling and workplace requirements.
Schedule
- Part-time and full-time positions available.
- Weekday and weekend availability may be required.
- Scheduling may include morning, daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on department needs.

Pay: $20.25 - $21.00 per hour
